A Recent Report on Global Warming and Its Threats

Our globe is facing many problems in the present age. The most intense problem facing our earth is a global warming aspect. With the passage of every day our weather is becoming more and more uncertain and shedding its worst effects on our environment. Geological and environmental engineers are trying their best to find the best workable solution of this problem which already has started changing the entire face of our earth adversely. The experts have formulated few solutions to reduce the ever increasing temperature of earth. Few of these solutions are given here below to understand the efforts of environmental experts in saving the earth from ultimate disaster:

Grow more vegetation

To reduce the percentage of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, vegetation is the best powerful tool and it can generate the positive results in dropping the ever rising temperature of earth. But the major problem with this solution is that growing of mass vegetation requires a very long time and a very large amount of resources are also required for this option to reduce the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere which is believed the major reason for global warming. According to some studies the level of carbon dioxide is reaching the 400 ppm during the month of March and April in 2012. It is an alarming level which can threshold for the adverse uncontrollable changes in our environment and weather.

Reduce the use of fossil fuel

The major source of raising the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is burning of fossil fuel. Man is burning this type of fuel for centuries but the amount of burning this type of fuel in last century increased up to many folds which create this adverse condition and push the level of carbon dioxide up to the dangerous level of 400 ppm.

Spray safe aerosol compounds in the upper atmosphere

In recent years geological experts are spraying enough amount of certain aerosol compound in the upper atmosphere. They believe that the molecule of these materials will reflect the 20% of direct sunlight which can reach the earth’s surface in the absence of these compounds. In this way they think that the temperature can be prevented from rising up to dangerous levels. No doubt this technique is working but there are some other kinds of problems with this technique. Due to the dispersion of light in upper space the blue color of the sky is fading and a white hazy atmosphere is appearing. This thing is not only making the sky colorless and also adversely affecting the solar energy industry.

Taking in view the above solution there is a dire need of a best workable solution which can prevent our globe from getting destroyed by the environmental changes. Hope in the near future the geological experts will be able to control this potential disaster.
